New South Wales Hotels

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They went out of their way to fulfil the smallest to largest request. Ernesto and Helen at the restaurant and bar are the most fantastic hotel staff I have ever encountered. The food was great! The hotel was clean and spacious. And the staff, yes again, were above fantastic. The hot tub could have been hotter. That is my only negative about the entire stay

Great hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the Harbour. Close to the city for shopping and train station is only a 10 min walk away!!

Great stay, everything as expected, quality hotel and service was excellent.

We stayed at Noah's on the Beach as an easy location for business meetings and a pleasant place close to the beach. The hotel was under construction with noise as of 9AM. The staff was kind to apologize, however, I would have expected some kind of compensation. You couldn't even buy a coffee at the hotel without sitting down in the fine dining restaurant or ordreing room service. So, I would say the room was comfortable for a family, however the amenities were lacking.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its centrally located and has nice big rooms. But the best feature of the hotel was the helpful staff. The front counter staff in particular were friendly and very helpful.

Stayed 1 night. Ambience is fantastic. Room not new, but very clean, we'll kept. Cousins was superb. Overall this resort was far the best on our journey.

My sister and I received a great service from the Matador. We were contacted by them on several occasions prior to our stay to confirm our reservation and to deal with our specific requests. The staff ensured that everything was dealt with smoothly and efficiently. We were going to be slightly late and worried about missing the check in deadline. After a quick and painless phone call arrangements had been made in the event that we were late and our room was ready for our stay. Our room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Both beds were of very good quality and we both had an excellent night's sleep. There was hot chocolate, coffee and tea provided as well as complimentary toiletries. It was great to be provided with enough towels too! This doesn't always happen! The bathroom was clean and tidy and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, very important! There was ample parking space and the area appeared very secure. Thank you to the Matador Motor Inn for a welcoming stay and a brilliantly efficient and professional service!
