The property is a bit old, but I think that's reflected in the price. If your expectations are not too high, then you won't be disappointed. We like it because it's close to the town centre and restaurants, and is basically pretty comfortable. This is our third or fourth stay and find the staff to be really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again!

The first thing you should know is that the property is mid way through being renovated so the place looks a bit of a mess but we had a clean comfortable room with everything you could need. the hotel is at the bottom of the main street in Katoomba so the shops and places to eat are close by. The staff were also very helpful.

Although part of place is in construction, the rooms thats open for public stay was clean and spacious. The place have their own vintage feels. TH he manager was kind enough to discuss to future of place and walk around the current place. Bit of tight car parking but we were lucky enough to get the car park right in front of our room. Looking forward to visit again

The location was convenient to the trails and amenities. The property is run down but sheets and towels were clean. There was a horrible smell in the room, probably mold. Air freshener did not help. The owners amd staff were very friendly and kind.
