"Rooms were ok, floorboards were uneven and squeaky, can hear upstairs moving around and talking in some places. The carpet didn’t looked like it had been vacuumed in the room and there was a dirty spoon left next to the cups. My son loved the swimming pool although we had to ask for it to be opened each morning as it was never opened for 8:30."

"Was hesitant of booking my parents in as my dad has difficulty walking and cant do hills ect where as mum likes to shop! lol - best of both worlds the stay here ! LITERALLY a few hundred steps to the main square where dad could sit at the cafe and pass the day away whilst mum shopped . Staff AMAZING knew he had walking issues so put him right next to the lift with a free UPGRADE and every time saw him trying to carry things took it off him and helped him . wasnt expecting evening entertainment...

"I really enjoyed my stay here!! The celebrity theme in the hotel is fun & the bar is open 24 hours with a pool table. There's also a garden and Bournemouth Pier is very close. Staff were lovely. Being woken up by room service is something all hotels do and it got me up to enjoy my holiday. "

"You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool. The Haven pool is much safer with wide steps."
