"Very nice location. You can walk to river walk very easily. Millennium park, lake front, aquarium- all can be reached within 50 min walk. The hotel can be connected with bus 146 and light rail easily ($5 per day pass). The hotel has free breakfast. You can figure out after first day as how to get the best out of it. You have wholefood in the front and Walgreens within 1 block- can’t beat it! Room service is everyday! I would like to thank Darrel and Philips for wonderful service in the ground...

"The staff was friendly and attentive, check in was a breeze. The rooms are dated, the ac/heating units are extremely noisy and our bathroom was not cleaned very well. The location is excellent and convenient/walkable to most downtown venues. This was our 3rd stay there, we'll be back in hopes of Hilton putting some money into upgrades and cleanliness. "
