"Very conveniently located hotel in London practically just around the corner from the British Museum. It's close to Underground stations and bus stops are just outside the door pretty much. Since my last stay here they've double paned the windows cutting down the noise (the hotel is located on a busy street). However, I can imagine the rooms getting pretty hot during the summer as there is no AC. A fan is provided but you ill need to open the window which can be noisy. That's the price of...

"The hotel was a massive structure and it would be quite easy to get a bit lost finding your way around it! That said, the hotel itself was located in a lovely area and very convenient to public transport, good eating and some lovely parks Two drawbacks of the hotel were the extremely long wait for check in and the fact that they chose one of the busiest weekends in London in the sporting calendar to repaint two of their lifts - considering that each bank of elevators had only 4 (very small)...

"Great location and value for money. Easy to park car safely and enter directly into the hotel from underground parking. Staff very accommodating. Lovely sized, clean rooms with great facilities. Def recommend and stay again "

"It was perfect for a one-night stay. Very clean, with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the duvet was way too heavy and warm for May. We ended up removing it from the cover, and just using that as a sheet."

"There were quite a few sirens with the hospital being close, but otherwise a nice hotel and good experience. Breakfast was decent and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the small park across the street and being close to several transit stations."

"We really appreciated the help of the staff, especially Aytl. .She was especially helpful and even walked outside to point out the tube station, etc.. Kem was also very helpful at the reception desk. Enjoyed having breakfast on site. Love the location right across from the park Russell Square. The only negative was that the lift was not working. It is hard for us to do steps. The porter was very helpful and taking up our bags and bringing them back down as we were ready to leave."
