The rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel was located close to the train station and the very beautiful Florentine streets! They let us keep our luggage before check in and after checkout and have been very accommodating. The price was perfect, and the room was fairly spacious. This was a very good guest house."

"All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage. "Clean, super friendly staff"

"LOVE this hotel! I had an unbelievable view of the Medici Chapel and it overlooked the square. That made the trip so fun because my daughter and I would listen to live music playing and enjoy the activity below. The staff was very friendly and suggested excellent restaurants. Hotel Is close to everything! The room is very simple but clean. If you want an old world vibe in the heart of the city this is it."

"In a great place location wise, room is good although bed is a bit hard and pillows a bit flat which is fine if you like it that way! Terrace is great and you can hear the street below. Walkable and close to Arno river "
