Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!"

"The location was great everything we wanted to see was in short walking distance . Everything was close . Really only issue was it is a bit small , mattress was not very comfortable get a new one and all would have been better . The little extra room had 2 chairs but TV was in main room with bed so sat on bed to watch a movie . I know there’s not much you could do with the size but we did have fun sitting on patio and watching the crowds . Loved Florence would recommend highly ."

"Pros: great location close to all the attractions. Nice apartment. Cons: was missing the “small things”. No wine glasses (in Tuscany??), only two bath towels for ten days, no dish rag or towel to clean dishes. Only three pillows for an apartment for four. We texted our apartment contact twice with no reply back :("

"What an amazing property! From checking in with Vittoria to checking out we had the best experience at Palazzo Branchi. The unit was spacious, clean and absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The location is great as well with just a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and wonderful shopping. "

L'appartement est situé dans une zone calme qui permet de rejoindre le centre à pieds en 15 minutes. Pâtisserie située en bas de l'appartement - très bonne - supermarché à 5 min à pied, pizzeria à proximité pour dîner sur place ou à emporter. "

"The room was very nice. We had everything we needed. The only issue was that the host was not very responsive. He was not there when it was time to check in. We had to wait outside in the street. Fortunately, another guest in the building let us into the waiting area inside. It took several attempts to reach the host. When we finally did, he said to just go ahead into the unlocked room. He never showed up. Then we couldn’t get connected to wifi. He made a couple of attempts to help us via text...

"A great suite. Reception can help with taxis to and from the local train station. Fast trains to Firenze / Florence. Restaurant only open for breakfast during the low season, so dinner is a bit of a mission: Reception helped with ordering pizza 🍕"

"The postive is checkin experiene is easy as the receptionist is very nice. She communicated well. The negative is the room are not insulated. You can hear other rooms closing their doors and kids running in the hallway. "

"We had a wondeful stay in the apartment called "Falanghina" just off of the Ponte Vecchio. You can't beat the location. The apartment had all the main amenities we needed and was really great value for the price. You do need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs (It's not unusual for European buildings this old to not have elevators.) So be sure to plan for that. "
