"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"My 2nd stay here. Tried a bigger room. The location is ideal. Parking was easy - just note that they share parking with 2 other residences, so finding the designated parking may take some time. Reached between 3 and 4pm, but was informed that no rooms were available, which was shocking. The lady at the front desk managed to speed up the housekeeping and get a room for us. "

" Checked in at the wrong JB centre Fives Hotel, not aware that we booked one was Fives hotel Meldrum, do not know there r 3 Fives Hotel in JB, took a grab over to Jalan Meldrum n that is a very quiet place, have to walk very far to eatery n shopping centre, either Changi city or R n F mall"

"Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch. "
