"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "

"Quiet place and have to drive a bit to reach. Clean but phone isn't working so whenever need anything, need to go lobby to get things done."

We had to pay a deposit of 300 ringgit to get this pin, and we were told that it may take 45 minutes to get the pin sometimes.
