"Room was more than spacious and comfortable for 2. Not too many interesting TV channels but can link to YouTube with my phone so not too much complaints. Not much of a view despite on 15th floor. Just partial forest scene. But advantage is that room is quiet. Was surprised to find breakfast included as it's not mentioned in the booking. Was only expecting coffee and toast but delighted to see wide selection available for breakfast. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers… "
