"I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for several reasons! 1) The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Items in the mini fridge were complimentary also! Whilst they didn't have air con in the room, there was a very powerful fan to help us stay cool. "Amazing hotel, really clean, every member of staff was incredibly friendly. Unbelievably convenient for the O2. Great to arrive on a boat up the Thames too! Only slight downside was checking in. Granted I was extremely tired and a bit grumpy having walked around London all day but I found the receptionist asking too many questions re "signing up" for something and asking if I wanted to book for breakfast at £32 a head ! Definitely staying there again for any event at the O2 though."
