"At this exceptional property, situated in the heart of a beautiful city, we found the perfect base for our first vacation in Venice. Short walks lead us to iconic landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The entire staff hosted us not as tourists, but as genuinely welcomed guests as if we were in their own home. Breakfast was phenomenal. Evening beverages were delicious. Access to water transportation (property has its own canal access point) was both luxurious and helpful with both our gondola outing...

"The hotel is in an amazing location - close to the train station and the ferry station to quickly get out and get the vaporetto in the morning. The breakfast was really awesome with lots of options. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Our room was really good, we even had a terrace (although not all rooms do)!"

"This hotel is in a convenient location. It’s within a short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and the #7 ferry station to Murano. There are many restaurant options nearby. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two. The hotel provided welcome gifts in our room that were very nice and a plus."
