We had few incidents. While the property was good, in good condition, clean and area around the property was good. Even the staff was very pleasant. Few things did not go well. 1. For myself and one of my colleagues, the cleaners were already in our rooms ahead of 11:00 AM Check out time and threw out my food. I came to my room around 10:55 AM because we were at a conference next door to take out the food. The cleaners had already been there and the bathroom was being cleaned and the bedroom new sheets were already up. Why would anyone enter the room before 11:00 AM which is the checkout time? This should never happen. 2. My colleague got to his room closer to 10:40 and they had locked him out. His keys wont work. He had to ask the cleaning staff on the floor to get him back in his room. Again, why would you do that. 3. My other colleague was locked out from the room and took significant time to get back in after a person was called to remove the door lock as the battery had died. Close to an hour he was locked out.

Hi Asif, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We don't check out anyone unless we have their keys or at 11am after we call the rooms. I did have someone come in right away at 10:30pm to replace the lock batteries.

I liked the bar/restaurant right on site. Only bad experience we had were the loud neighbors/kids that started slamming doors at 545am!

Check in and had to wait for a call back since no rooms clean and available. Did reservation and check in was 3pm, didnt get a call back til 40 mins later. Not satisfied

The hotel was easy to find and in appears to be in a safe location. There are restaurants and fast food joints that make choosing what to eat easy to find.

hotel was very nice, when we travel we look forward to a relaxing time in the pool and hot tub, well the pool and hot tub were out of order. at check in we were not told of the pool out of order only when we arrived at the pool in our swimsuits did we find out, mention it at the desk and were told sorry, did not offer any compensation so we cancel our 2nd night. the wedding party that also that was staying there were not happy about this either.

I wouldn't book this hotel again! The main reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool and hot tub no mention of them being out of service. My second complaint would be they say breakfast included but there is no breakfast when I asked in the morning the front desk clerk was kinda rude like how dare I ask about breakfast. My suggestion would be to stay somewhere else

Hi Branden, I'm sorry for the issues you had during your stay. Unfortunately, things do break and the pool is one of those things. We do have it posted online and at the check in desk. I don't offer a free breakfast due to having a restaurant onsite that serves a hot breakfast.
