The hotel staff is very warm and welcoming beginning at the front desk. The bar is a great place to have a drink -- and even dinner (both a bar menu and the full, dining room menu is available in the bar). The room is very tastefully decorated with special attention to details, such as the faucets in the bathroom. The linens are quite luxurious -- including very, thick, fluffy towels. My only complaint would be that the sleeping pillows are very hard and too thick. I wasn't able to sleep on them -- actually took a bath towel and folded it up as a substitute. My husband didn't have a problem with the pillows, though. The location of the hotel is ideal for roaming around the downtown. It is one block from the Capitol building, which is a very impressive, traditional Capitol building. Liked everything about our stay and wish we could have extended it -- we were only there one night, but this was my repeat visit.

Arrived early and the hotel clerk/staff took the time to see if a room was clean and available. Staff the two days we were there were very accommodating and very helpful. No problems.

On arrival I commented to the receptionist that I'd just come from a funeral, after travelling across the country without any sleep the night before. She responded: "I want to find you a nice quiet room." And she did. It was wonderful!!!

it is great family hotel with the water park for the kids and the staff was good.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was clean and the breakfast was really nice.

We were pleased with the accomodations over all. It was a little crowded with the two queen sized beds but we managed o.k. My sister's room was fine, the handiapped bath would have been better if there was some kind of shelf or counter in the bathroom to hold some of her bath articles. She appreciated the hand held shower and all. The breakfast choices were a nice surprise, they pleased everyone. The shopping mall was nearby, a plus, in my sister's world!
