"Clean nice stay. Big beautiful villa. All the Staff are very friendly. Very windy in December with the wind blowing all day to include at night making it hard to sleep. My son enjoyed the kids zone. The sunset beach was disappointing as there is no public bathroom available and we continually found pieces of glass in the sand. The water was cloudy, not like the photos. "

"If you're from North America you are probably like us and were questioning how a Beat Western is a 5 star hotel. But this hotel was great. Very good value for your money. Had an amazing stay here. Everything so comfortable and clean and safe feeling. The lazy river pool was so nice to float around in the early evening. While it's not the most convenient location the hotel makes up for it in spades. If you're ok with taking a taxi/grab around the city then I highly recommend this place. "

"We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and we slept well every night. Air conditioning was quiet and effective so room stayed cool. Bathroom was spotlessly clean andcroom service was offered daily. "Great resort design with layout, beautiful surrounding and private beach. Staff are helpful. Room is very roomy. Breakfast is very good. Love the BBQ dinner outdoor. Things need to be taken into attention is facility update and services. It is sad to see this beautiful resort goes under maintenance and services. Many doors hinges a loose and items are falling off like toilet paper holders..."

"The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices...

"Outstanding 9 nights at this well positioned hotel. Room was in great condition, always perfectly made up each day. Good size, clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Wonderful beach setting with plenty of sun loungers which offered good shade or plenty of sun. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Terrific staff who were an absolute credit to the hotel. They simply couldn’t be more helpful, smiling and desiring to provide the best for you"
