The room was excellent. Modern, functional, cold A/C, clean. The only thing was their was no safe in the room, but the hotel allows you to keep our passport in their safe.

Great hotel for relaxing holidays

Amazing hotel and great staff. We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel is conveniently located near a few restaurants and a little convenient shop, and is about 10 min walk to the beach. Our triple room was clean and comfortable, and the staff members were kind and caring. It was our second time at Palm Bay Resort, and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

At the beginning we only booked one night since we wanted to go with scooters and find other locations on the island. But when we checked in we loved the place, the location was perfect so we decided to extend our stay! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the hotelroom was nice and the pool area was awesome! Also the breakfast was very good! Loved our stay here!

Loved this property, so comfortable and clean. Staff were really accommodating. Really close to public transport and loads of restaurants. Only thing would be limited options at breakfast, but had everything that you needed. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place superb staff

Lovely large clean rooms with outside space too. Reception were so very helpful. I would recommend this place - taxis to the centre are cheap and plentiful. Think they would be better offering yoghurt and fruit and reducing choices. Breakfast was adequate. May be good for the business to seek crisps nuts etc for snacks

Nice hotel, bad location with narrow street access

The hotel is nice but the location is not convenient. It is a 10 minute walk to the Main street for restaurants and shops. At night it is very dark and has stray dogs; it doesn't feel safe to walk at night. The street is also very narrow barely enough space for one car.

Upon first arriving I was as bit taken back by the location. However, as my stay proceeded, the location had some distinct advantages. First and foremost, peace and quiet. Secondly, it really is a centralized location, just rent one of their scooters. The property is well cared for and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It took a bit of brainstorming to try and find a less than completely positive topic to write about but here is one: maybe have more western breakfast choices but, when in Rome(VN) have Pho for breakfast. I will stay again.

I cannot say enough praise about this property, the family who own it, and the incredible staff which operates this hidden Phu Quoc gem of a boutique hotel resort. Serenity, peace, quiet and convenient to anything you desire. We cannot praise the dedication to guest comfort displayed by all members of their staff. This is a new (July 2023) property, so, the breakfast is not perfect as occupancy increased they were transitioning from ala carte to buffet, but any helpful suggestions we gave them were amazingly applied the very next day’s service - WOW! You cannot go wrong booking here, and please, tell “Pink” at reception a big hello from Rick and Valeria if you do - she is a diamond of customer service excellence!

We spent four nights at the resort and we loved it. The resort arranged an airport pickup for us so no stress getting to the resort. Pink at reception welcomed us and was brilliant,friendly and happy to chat and help.Our room overlooked the pool area and was clean spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and we slept well every night. Air conditioning was quiet and effective so room stayed cool. Bathroom was spotlessly clean andcroom service was offered daily. You can rent mopeds and Pink gave advice on things to do or visit. The garden area aroubd pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was great. Overall a tranquil setting that allows you to relax and feel at home. A great example of a well tun family business that has the guests wellbeing at heart. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

If you like a quiet holiday away from the noise this is for you. Short walking distance to the Main Street where you will find restaurants and bars. If you like a good old knees up it’s only a short grab away. Would highly recommend this place

The room was quite small and felt cramped for the price charged. The hotel is located deep inside narrow bylanes, away from the main road, which makes access a bit inconvenient. The entrance to the lobby passes by cooking and washing areas, which doesn’t create a very welcoming first impression. There was also no staff available to assist with luggage at check-in. Considering the high tariff, the experience did not feel value for money. The breakfast buffet was average and did not stand out. Overall, the stay was below expectations for the price paid.
