"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"This was the worse hotel/bnb experience of our lives and we've stayed in 100s of places. No one was there to greet us. We called and over the phone they told us to go in the house and find a room. "The appartment was excellent, with full equipped kitchen if you want to cook sometimes and a small private garden. The bedroom was big and comfortable, with aircon. The owner was very kind and helpful, our flight was delayed badly (we didn't arrive until midnight to the town). Superb treatment. The appartment is very well located, at a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Very happy with our stay, definitely recommended. "

"Hotel common areas are nice. Breakfast is very limited and feels cheap, but breakfast staff are nice. I'd give it a 4 out of 10. Custmer service is pretty much not existent. I asked for an iron at 8pm and I was told that thet they do not provide such service. I had have an argument which enabled me the priviledge to get them to contact the manager and ask what to do. They eventually did not help and referred me to the wash and ironing room service which could only be provided the day after...
