The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. Amazing hotel
"Amazing hotel in a great location with spectacular views. All the staff we met were very helpful especially at breakfast to cater for my gluten free requirements. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Sockets next to the bed was a really big plus for us as many hotels do not have this! I wouldnt lower the score but the only con for us was them allowing dogs in the rooms. Overall we would come back tomorrow and recommend to everyone!"
