"I'd like to say a huge thank you to the reception staff who were super friendly and helpful. Booked this hotel.last minutes and with it's starr.rating, i had my doubts. However it was great. "Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Breakfast was lovely with both cold options and full English. 10-20 minute walk to beach and main shopping area with plenty of food and drink options on route. Would definitely stay here again"

"Great location and accommodation was lovely. Not a cheap stay but if you have kids there is lots to keep them amused. Some of the kids zones are a bit tired and need a refresh. We were there at Easter and they were short staffed in the restaurant. Food was good but needed more options given the prices being charged. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent but stressed due to shortages."

"Good stay. The room and bathroom were clean and the linen nice. However the room was compact and the limited storage was full of blankets and pillows. There was a portable suitcase stand but literally no where to put it. The biggest problem was being woken on the first morning by noise in the car park and the second morning by the noice from the shower in the next room, it was extremely loud. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. "

"Very nice place to visit, warm and stylish with wonderful food and service. Place where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful countryside life. Cottage room are very nice with own fire plce and comfy bed but smells old and damp would be nice to have some better ventilation there. Same as swimming pool and jacuzzi nice pool but very shallow, once you in jacuzzi is hard to breathe due to chlorine and bad ventilation. Pet friendly but if you with a pet you have only option to stay in the cottage...

"On arrival, large safe car park, the Frampton arms was very smart, and clean on the outside, found reception easily, the staff gave us a good welcome, staff very friendly, polite, and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to help.
