"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"Bathroom wasn't clean enough Shuttle stops around 11 PM if your flight is late you pay for transportation no helpfull and not stating that in here.. I booked for the shuttle and the shuttle didn't operate like other hotel so paid extra.. Usually I like hyatt place but this one is leaning toward ok won't stay again Also some creepy person was in the hallway and smells weed"

"I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton in Winchester, VA. The hotel felt modern, clean, and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. The lobby had a bright, open layout with plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and the atmosphere felt welcoming without being overdone. "Got a good rate on Expedia for a well-rated hotel we stayed at ~10 yrs ago. Lobby is nice with a bar. No free breakfast. But there is quick coffee bar with a few food items. Self-parking was $18/night in an area you'd not expect it to be. Daily maid service=minimally furnished amenities/towels/etc. My one cup of coffee was ruined with curdled cream (husband's black coffee in noninsulated cup got cold quickly/no m/w); hair in tub which backed up; hair on bathroom floor; not much TP-didn't last 1...

"We enjoyed our one-night stay at The Watermark hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for us but others may appreciate that. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and had a good quality to it. The location was also great and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not make it to the fitness center or bar."
