"Location location"

"Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting"

"The temparture in my room did not change when adjusted. I asked for assitance from the front desk. When no one showed after 30+minutes, I went to the front desk and was informed that she was the only person on staff at the time. There were coffee stains/spills on the counter upon my arrival. The bathroom mirror light didn't work. There was a constant buzzing/alarm noise in the hallway that went on all night and morning. The water in the shower was only luke warm when turned all the way up....

"I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. "No fault to the place but it rained the whole time we were there. Made the best of it by touring Leesburg and eating at several restuarants. Not a lot of people around so that was nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Wine tasting was good too"

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"I like the hotel. It serves my needs. However, I will say the ceiling above the shower had major water damage and appeared to have had mildew and there were a few ants crawling around the room."

"The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated."

"One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...
