"The staff here were incredible and so welcoming. It's a very beautiful resort and being able to utilize the other properties was very nice as well! It's walking distance from the marina and downtown. The only downsides for us, the food was ok. Not terrible, not great. The options were also limited unless you paid extra. The vendors on the beach you almost have to completely ignore which feels rude! But being right on the beach is wonderful We would for sure come back! "

"My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

We called to request a luggage stand on two separate occasions and never received it. Other than that the hotel was great and the location is excellent. "Stayed 5 nights for our 25th anniversary. Wonderful room, I recommend the club rooms for the ocean views and sounds, as well as the sunrise from the balcony. One night the staff decorated our room for our anniversary without me requesting this which was special. Another night I purchased the romantic dinner for two on the beach, and the food and staff were amazing. Five course meal, wine, cocktails, etc... When we got back to the room they brought chocolate covered strawberries and Champaigne. Very nice touch, well worth it! The gym was very nice as well, with dumbbells going up to 100 lbs., flat bench, and A/C. Can't beat that if you like to workout as well as cardio machines overlooking the ocean. Food was great, no complaints. Only waiting one night for a restaurant for 30 minutes because we showed up later at a popular time, so this was expected. I liked the pool with games was seperate from the infinity pool with the swim up bar. Sure there were a few kids but staff didn't let them play football or other games. The pools never felt crowded. I would recommend this place without hesitation to friends, family, and I would definitely stay again. Karla in the guest services made sure my romantic dinner was flawless, and she is extremely polite and friendly. Thank you all for a wonderful anniversary trip!"
