Had a night stay here in the studio. It's very convenient to most shopping places, Wembley stadium and underground stations. Studio just feel enough for a family of 3 but a family of 4 might feel that they are congested with the luggage

Close to the Stadium, shops and places to eat. Our room was quiet, basic and fine for one night. Water lovely and hot. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as mattress thin. Breakfast buffet was good. Best aspect was the staff - security, reception, bar, restaurant area who were all absolutely lovely.

The hotel and room were ‘basic’ but still ‘fit for purpose’ for a 1 night stay after an event in Wembley arena. Easy walking from Wembley Station train station.

Good location and very helpful and pleasant staff. However, on two occasions the electronic keys wouldn’t work so we had to make our way from the 13th floor to reception to have them re-validated. Dirty lipstick marked glasses in the breakfast area. The music in the bar and reception area was excessively loud even during breakfast time. Why? We had a conversation with a couple who were stuck in a lift. They informed us that no one responded to the emergency alarm and no one answered the phone in reception. This resulted in them having to call the emergency services in order to release them. Unbelievable! I don’t think I’ll be staying at this property again. IBIS management, you really have to improve.

Great stay!! Staff was awesome. Room was a great size. Bed was comfy. Close to everything we needed. Great view of Wembley Stadium. Only thing I would suggest would be put a fan in the room. Got a little warm in the morning because we were facing the sun rise in the morning. Will definitely stay again!! see you all in November 2024!! Thank You :)
