"Great check in. Good explanation. Location good for Albert dock and pier head. Easy walk to city center and attractions. Nibbles and drinks nights are very good. Chance to relax if you feel like a night in after busy day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit limited and never liked cereal coming out of the packages. Too easy to make a mess in pour out. Good stay and would repeat."

"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated. "

"The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! Alternatives to cow milk are provided (Soya). For me it was a joy to see that the hotel has not succumbed to those awful rainfall showers!! They had good, directional showers and the flow was great! "The main reason we chose to stay at the Dolby Hotel was it was neat where we wanted to be and it has a free on site car park. It was OK but the bed was small and it had the smallest bathroom we have ever seen, and we cruise a lot and ships have small bathrooms."

"Staying at the Campanile Liverpool was great. I was there for a week long stay and it was smooth, staff is nice, clean, quiet and easily accessible to all town center locations. To top it off, it was extremely affordable. It is not a fancy place but a very comfortable and convenient spot to stay if on a budget and still enjoy a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. "
