"Overall, it was an excellent stay. My family and I were very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. The location is very close to Dotonbori and Namba station. The property is also very secure. If there is a minor criticism I could say is that I didn't receive any email for the room number and the password to get in the property. "It was difficult to communicate with the owner or manager. I booked a 5 nights stay. I had a problem with the washer was approved. The cleaning staff couldn't make it work. We noticed the manager about the problem. They answered me on 4 days later. It was to late by then. We reused our old clothes and packed the rest of the dirty clothes home."

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"For the price, it is very good value. Location is decent, 15 min walk to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori/Kuromon. It is quite loud even through out the night as it faces a highway. They even provide earplugs as they know how loud it is. So not for light sleepers for sure. Family mart right across the street. Another thing to note is there are so so many signs all posted around the place - telling you what you can’t do. Again for the price, this is probably as good as it’ll get. "
