"As always, my room was clean and well supplied. The air-conditioning in my room was cooling, but was not cooling as well as it should have been. I didn’t bring it up to management because by the time I discovered this, I was unpacked and settled. My 100 year old mother was with me and for her the air-conditioning was sufficient. I didn’t want to be disturbed by having Maintenance in our room so I simply lowered the thermostat as low as it would go and made do."

There was a small period of time where the hotel lost power but they still offered happy hour for guests which was very nice.
