Loved the character, ambience, facilities, friendly staff and size of the room, it was enormous!!

The hotel was constantly clean and very professional. The front desk staff made us feel right at home during our week long vacation. The only problem that we had was the last two days of the trip our air conditioner in our room stopped keeping the room clean. The front desk worker attempted to have the maintenance worker fix the problem, when we re-reported the problem the next day (that the problem had not been resolved) the cleric was honestly disappointed that it had not been taken care of. It was nice to see that the cleric clearly honestly wanted the problem resolved..

The staff were all really focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. From check-in to check-out and arranging transportation everyone was friendly and helpful. Their suggestions for food and easy transportation were right on target.

My stay at the Magnolia was great, I truly enjoyed Houston and all of the wonderful events.

Excellent value for a business trip. Lobby area with snacks, newspapers and computer work stations. Room has everything you need, and there is an unlimited supply of bottled water on every floor. Helpful staff..

We LOVED our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Service was EXCELLENT!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definetly stay here again.
