"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. "Very relaxing, about a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk into Guissan. We walked and had s lovely day out walking aling seafront around the port and onto the sals du Guillam. We were there on a road trip in March so no pool available to use but the restaurant was open and very nice food. All staff were friendly "
