"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. "Lovely hotel, on edge of village, however no loo roll.provided, one basic cleaning pack, no safe, you are also expected to strip and bag bedding, towels etc and wipe surfaces on.leaving, only an.indoor cold pool, sauna and steam.room, did have a sunbathing terrace. No bar"

"This apartment had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Beatrice was wonderful, meeting me at the village entrance, and communication excellent throughout. Air con/heating was perfect, especially as I stayed out of season and it was colder than expected! All cookware and cleaning items available. Bring own toiletries. Found ironing board but no iron or hairdryer (if I needed them, I only had to ask though, Beatrice very responsive) This property is not on the sun catching side, but 2nin walk...

Disappointing
"Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. "
