"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. "The location though unnoticeable is at the center of everything.. updated, clean , lots of storage cabinets for your stuff.. "This was a great place to stay in Madrid. Very central to all areas. The breakfast was really nice as well. We ended up briefly mentioning this was our honeymoon when we checked in. On the 4th night, we got a nice bottle of sparkling wine and a card in our room. That was a nice surprise. Ruben and the other staff were very nice. Would definetly stay again."
