They are trying their best to improve conditions and need more funding from the property owner. The staff is amiable and willing to help you with your stay. Lisa is knowledgeable and works diligently to create a safe and comfortable environment. The maintenance crew works nonstop, and housekeeping does a great job. Linda D

I've been staying here on my monthly Houston visits for five years, and it's consistently great. The staff is incredible, and you can find a better deal in this area for a good, dependable hotel.

Very nice place. Staff was very professional. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Only issue was that the breakfast set-up was poorly layed out and often there was no sausage and eggs were cold.

Staff was rude. We were 5 people of family booke 2 separate rooms 1 room toilet was clogged upon checkin request to change room noone help it was told come in lobby down use those bathroom no even changed our room next day 3 pm plumber come fixed issue and next our second room was serviced. It was terrible staying.

There was black mold in the bathrooms and the noise from the freeway was horrible! we asked for earplugs, they didn't have...the inside needs to be remodeled, very old.

The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The chairs were very dirty. If you are looking for relaxing look somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice! However, everything was very dated and you could tell that it's been a few decades since the lobby and hallways were updated. The entrance was also very obscured, with the signage being blocked by foliage. I had to loop back around the first time since it's on a 1 way.

I love that the housekeeping staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond to help. Only two bad things were I had to go out for an hour when I wanted to check in. The manager of the place was the one that made me go for an hour and come back. You do have to keep your car locked. You should not leave anything behind because while I was there a car got broken into. It seems that they do not have security guards or cameras. It is located in a nice area but that doesn’t stop the crooks.over all for me it was a great experience because of the housekeeping staff thank you so much. They do have breakfast a plus.

Our room had the dirtiest rug I have ever seen. Discolorations and clearly visible soiled areas were everywhere. Windows were messy, with big white stains. The whole room had very unpleasant odor. Toiletries were minimal, probably the tiniest packages that could be found. I don't recommend.

Management definitely needs some help with funding to supply better products and services to the hotel. Their budget is very short floors are really old. The walls are all the tubs are old water is leaking and various places but these guys are doing their best to keep it running and working, seems to be in harmony, the guest that are not in harmony I’m tired. The water that has spilled over in my room is just made me real tired. I was hoping they would get it fixed two days ago but management left management with the maintenance guy came and looked at it and put a towel on it , but there’s some issues I just wanted to say my part very frustrating so anybody who has or knows of someone who wants to lease a high-rise unit in Houston to a single woman does not have a pet and I live by myself my oldest son from Austin will come to visit Maybe a week at a time and my youngest son lives here in River Oaks with my four beautiful grandchildren and I would like to get this on the road because I’m extremely depressed from staying in hotels for six months after being pushed out of the unit that I was leasing in 1403 because she had to have it back That’s what I have to regroup so I can maintenance fees are there I’m not gonna pay a $1500 magnet fee not my plan there’s cheaper ones all I want to say these test I haven’t been paying attention I want to get settled I have to get settled or I have to leave Houston would love to stay around young son, his wife, beautiful grandchildren and

Close to everything in a good area. Staff frequently not a front desk. Both nights no one could reset the hot tub. Room and elevator smelled weird. No one made our beds (maybe they didn't have turnover service) and no one took out our trash. It explains the rate compared to many hotels in the area.
