Check-in was not contactless. Unfortunately, i went through a third party app. Prepaid everything, the hotel didnt know what i had paid or hadn't. The request for extra pillows and a 1st floor had been confirmed but when i arrived i was on an upper floor. Had to pay an extra 50.00 im glad i had that.

Very nice property with an extremely courteous and friendly staff. The location was considered to everywhere I wanted to be. I would recommend this spot to anyone traveling through or to Baytown...

I was very disappointed with the night clerk. When i arrived at 10 pm the door was locked and i had to speak into a box. There was no greeting just how can i help you as the clerk looked at me through the glass door. Then after letting me in she still did not address me with good evening, welcome anything ! She just said reservation number. I am a gold member she never acknowledged it until i asked why she was being so rude and can she add my points which she didnt nor did she offer anything for me being a gold member. The hotel itseld was nice bit horrible customer service.

This was by far the best place I have stayed that is pet friendly. Previous experiences have been very disappointing and I felt like I was cheated a pleasant stay because I travel with my dog. I will stay at this location every time I travel this way. I hope all Hilton Garden Inns are equally as nice.

My stay was very pleasant. The room with D and clean bathrooms are a little small but everything else was just fine. The breakfast was outstanding.

OMG. I couldn’t of been happier with our stay. We were used to hotels with saggy beds and not so clean bathtubs for around the same price the Hilton was. This place provided a good night’s sleep, PLENTY of towels, excellent WiFi, awesome tv and channels, and quality coffee. Special touch was when we received a call front the front desk asking about the condition of our room. Who does that?! The Hilton of course! Entire staff was friendly and the cleaning crew is on their A game. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel as you will not be displeased. If you don’t, you WILL regret it, guaranteed. A
