"Beautiful hotel in a great location, so weren’t far from things at all. 15 minute walk and you were in the centre pretty much. Staff couldn’t do enough for you as well, so friendly. Added bonus was an unexpected food and drink waiting in our room upon arrival for my husband’s birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll be back! "

"Very good comfortable beds. each dorm has it's own bathroom and toilet. towels and shampoo were also provided. Easy check in process. we could also leave the luggage in the luggage room for free of charge after we checkout. just 7-8 mins walk from Bahnhof, so good connectivity and lots of eateries at the Bahnhof. Only drawback was the guest kitchen was not clean and very few utensils. "

"I was on the 6th floor facing west and the view was magical and I really don't use that word. Spectacular sunsets, lovely gardens, property very clean/comfortable. Staff wonderful/helpful from the breakfast staff to the bartender who let me loiter before my train and was just lovely. Front desk interactions also enjoyable. I was on a 6 week solo trip thru multiple countries and this stay was an absolute highlight. I enjoy being able to open hotel windows and it was cool and quiet and delightful...

"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
