"We stayed one night while my daughter had a dance competition in nearby Springfield- it was about 15 minutes from the venue- Impeccably clean, great location close to the highway lots of stores and food options, breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was very busy on the night we stayed and in the morning breakfast was continuously monitored and items restocked promptly. A great value and experience. "

"Really clean and comfortable bed. My request for top floor was not looked at or mentioned and I was placed beside a very noisy room which fortunately quieted down at bedtime. The real low point was the managements handling of breakfast. There has got to be a better way to manage all the guests who want breakfast: the waitstaff couldn’t t possibly keep up with the number of guests. The toaster didn’t work. It was unclear how to order. Food needed to be replenished. "

We think a bunch of girls having a pageant ordered food to random rooms, grabbed the food, and let us pay. Front desk did not know how to correct it. So we don’t know if the charge will be removed. Disappointing service. "
