The hotel staff is helpful, nice. The location is great. It is near the south station.

My wife and two teenage boys (ages 13 and 17) stayed over Saturday night. We were given a room on the second floor which was clean (and smelled clean). The beds were comfortable, the free wifi was nice. The heated pool was clean (with the exception of a few clumps of hair I observed around the deck of the pool), but the were several broken skylights (just plywooded over) that they should fix a.s.a.p. to improve the look of the pool (a few plants wouldn't hurt, either). The front desk staff person was incredibly friendly and helpful (we asked for and were given extra towels and a complimentary corkscrew). The room noise was minimal thanks to the air conditioner/heater unit in the room that created quite a bit of white noise to block out my neighbor who had his TV volume fairly loud, and the occasional room door slamming shut. The food at Persy's was good, but the room temperature was way too warm. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay.

Disappointed pool bar was not open because of weather.

The room was excellent, when we arrived, the staff offered us an upgrade which we immediately took advantage of. The dinner that was offered for forty dollars that included a bottle of champagne, while the thought was great, the food was not edible. Excellent to stay at that hotel, but go to any of the surrounding restaurants to eat.

the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast bar is very good; they have their own waffle maker to eat some fresh waffles. :) it is conveniently placed near downtown so a lot of places are very close by.

My fiance and I were visiting family and stayed here for the weekend and were greeted as soon as we walked through the door with friendly smile from the front desk clerk. they helped us with directions and the breakfast buffet was great. We arrived at approximately 10:30 am and the ladies that were running the buffet even went around to each individual table and asked if we were done eating before they put all the food away, which I thought was great. The parking was great. My fiance and I went out to a local club we arrived back at the hotel at approximately 2:00am and there was a security guard doing his rounds. which was very comforting. The location was within walking or close driving distance to any of your necessities. The price was very good and the cheapest in Worcester,which was even better. Oh yeah and the finger sandwiches at happy hour were delicious!
