I was there for 5 days and the elevator call button was broken on 3rd floor and had to call desk to send up elevator or use stairs. "The hotel is nice. Just a couple of small items need attention. The shampoo dispenser in the shower is a little tricky. The guide on the tv did not work. The hotel itself is quiet, but the surrounding outdoor area is really noisy. That noise is heard inside the room we had. The pool is super!! It’s beautifully kept & really nice. But incredibly cold even being outdoors with no cover. "
