Worst place ever

"Worst experience in my years of travel. The unit smells of mould and the kitchen is falling apart from water damage. In the morning i went to use the gym, but that had been destroyed in a typhoon months ago. It shouldn't even be listed as a feature. The owner said 'i would have to oay to use the gym' as if that was relevant. So i went to use the pool. The guard refused to let me swim as i needed a pass. Owner said it was sorted, but guard still refused. I was left standing in the sun for an hour waiting to swim. I missed a christening because of it all. I had booked 3 nights but left after 1 night. Owner refused a refund."

"JPark was an absolutely amazing place to stay and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and over all incredible. The property is great and very family friendly. The multiple pools and huge variety of children’s activities made it a great family vacation. But I really can’t say enough about the staff. The people really made it special for us and always made sure our kids (4 and 6 years old) had a great time. Really above and beyond. As is typical for resorts, the property is an island of luxury amidst the bustle of a city, but it was easy to get around as needed. By far the most family friendly vacation we’ve been on, catering to the kids and parents alike. "
