"Helpful staff, clean room, good choice for breakfast "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. Lovely way to start off a birthday weekend. Will definitely stay again "
