"Not a convenient stay, even for Terminal 5 transportation on the way in. The ride to the airport was very convenient. Hotel manager was fantastic but other staff not friendly or helpful."

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."

"Perfect for our overnight stay and Gatwick airport. We had a plane arriving late at night so it was easier for us to stay at the airport and take a morning train to London. This place was perfect for that. Very near the train and the plane. Perfectly clean, quiet and friendly."

"Perfect for my visit to Reading. Five minutes walks form the station and close to shops and local sites. Delightful friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Clean. comfortable spacious room and pleasant lounge area. Very good breakfast in bright, pleasant dinging room. The bedroom area was quiet and peaceful and I felt safe and secure in the hotel. "Staff on reception were very warm and welcoming. Lovely room. Nice and spacious, little underwhelmed by the bath as the button to operate the jets wasn’t working properly. Would have been nice to have Netflix on the TV too!"
