"Nice little hotel, very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Only minor issue was the bathroom was absolutely roasting hot because the heating towel rail never seemed to turn off"

"Very enjoyable stay. Too hot overnight. Understand Air Conditioning was unavailable, will be better next time. Would have preferred bathroom door to open alternative way. Light very bright when opening door overnight. Or second switch inside bathroom. Bottle of water waiting in room very good idea. Staff professional and pleasant. Good quality breakfast. We will be staying there again."

"Bed was comfortable, large room and bathroom, very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Gardens extensive. No local amenities that I was aware of. Sort of place ideal if just passing through, having a reception or making use of the bar/restaurant."

"Staff were lovely. Our room was big, with a big bath and separate shower. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice. The only issue was the heating was on, during a hot weekend in mid May and the whole hotel was very warm but they did give out fans and open the windows so it wasn’t unbearable. "

Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."

"What a fantastic place. Right from our arrival everything was great. Well kept. Clean. Comfortable. Fantastic continental breakfast. We were even given a bag to take the breakfast's ‘leftovers’ for a lunchtime snack. Plus a well stocked hospitality tray. Aditi & Trevor were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you. "
