"Excellent hotel in a great location, with very welcoming desk staff. Very clean room, and comfortable beds; no air conditioning but windows can be opened. Walkable to metro and many local attractions, including Tivoli Gardens. City center noise until late, but to be expected. The only issue was the completely useless wifi in the room (lobby area was fine). Staff attempted to look into the issue but nothing was resolved. Previous reviews suggest it’s an ongoing problem."

"It was pretty convenient to the airport. We met friends that came in from Sweden for the few hours we had before catching our connecting flight. We were able to walk to a really great restaurant. "About a 10 minute walk from central station / Tivoli gardens. Big hotel with a few conferences being held but these were extremely well managed and didn’t interfere with us. Cleaning of room was on request which we didn’t use therefore our tea, coffee and milk rations weren’t replenished daily.
