Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco
5.0 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (73)
"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part...
