"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Quaint hotel on quiet street near everything in Cusco. Rooms were nice with king bed and courtyard. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs. Had Laundry done in just a few hours and couples massage for $60. Filtered water fountain and tea available 24 hours. Very lovely hotel"

"Liked the overall property features: Good breakfast with great coffee, nice courtyard, free water and tea service. Very nice and helpfull sraff. Wifi did not work all the time and the radiator was not on all night/early mirning. "

"A gorgeous boutique hotel, with the most accommodating staff and host. Manuel was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."

"We rented an apartment adjacent to the property and enjoyed having enough space considering most places were much smaller. Would have enjoyed art on the walls would have made the place cozier but plain white walls made it less appealing. Also, kitchen was empty, no glasses, no plates, no cutlery and we ran out of toilet paper on the second day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. "
