My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Absolutely the worst hotel in all of Cusco. Do NOT book here under any circumstances. If you don't get mugged in the dark and dirty streets outside the hotel, the staff will make sure they take every opportunity to stiff you on your bill. Run, don't walk away from booking at this seedy, trashy hotel!"

"World class hotel with world class staff. Everyone was highly professional and extremely friendly. Upon our arrival in high altitude Edson ensured our wellbeing and discreetly made sure that our entire stay was just wonderful. The 2 restaurants (one of them with live opera!) are great, the breakfast was amazing and we bonded with Sr. Sanquito. He started us on the right foot everyday. We learned a great deal about Pisco from Fernando at the bar; you need to meet him. We stayed for a week in May...

"Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view...
