"We had a great time in Ottawa. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the building is well located, walking distance to all the attractions. The only downside was the parking situation. We booked this specific location because it said it had free parking available. When we arrived they told us that the parking lot was fully booked and if we wanted a space for when it became available we actually had to pay for it. They were helpful in showing us the nearest...

"Stay was pleasant - our last two stays we’ve ended up with a room near the elevators - not entirely peaceful! Check in is chaotic- they have three staff one line and it takes far too long to check in with no crowd control- a bit silly really. Food we ordered was a bit on the rubbery reheated side of ‘fresh’ "
