"Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner. "

"Located between Portofino and Santa Margarita and on the hiking paths to reach both places without walking with the traffic on the road. Bus goes in either direction every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk. Gem of a hotel. Small, clean, functional. Great breakfast. Accommodating friendly staff. Owner gave us a small bottle of limoncina when we checked out."

"A ten minute walk from the station. Very helpful staff. Room clean and reasonably well appointed. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Van delivery to the supermarket across the road at 5.30 am onwards was a bit noisy at times. Breakfast was alright but choices a little limited. The staff again were very helpful."

"Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was also big and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn't know you needed to pay extra to use the pool 20 Euro per person. They should advertise this more prominently."

"Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, so kind and nice. This hotel is an old mansion, there are only about 16 rooms, directly overlooking the walkway that is on the water and overlooking the ocean. Our room had a patio looking out at the ocean, with a hot tube, we slept with the doors open and the sound of waves all night long. The breakfast is served in a beautiful room with about 10 tables, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast was excellent quality. If driving, it is a bit tricky to get here, and both Maps and Google Maps messed it up. Be patient and call the hotel if you get lost. Amazing little town to walk around, all easy from this hotel. Would stay again easily. Best part is really the staff: they are so nice, they take their job seriously and they are professionals. Example: Morning we left, I called to say we would be coming back from the boat in about 10 minutes. We arrive to find our car packed, all luggage in our car, and car ready to drive. Great spot!!"

"When we arrived at the Continental Hotel the concierge gave us an upgrade to the 5-star Grand Hotel Savoia. Top quality. And due to a strike at Trenitalia, our train to Milan was cancelled. The concierge was SUPER helpful in getting us tickets on a morning train"
