"Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. "We had a great 9 night stay at the Prime Plaza Suites with our 12 year old son. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping. The pool and other facilities (table tennis, pool tables, fusball, water slide, etc). are fantastic for kids, while the 12pm - 8pm happy hour is great for parents! The restaurant food and breakfast buffet are also quite good. It can be a little noisy with kids in the pool before 8am but that's not unexpected at a family resort."

"If your plan is to stay at the hotel during the day and venture out at night, then look elsewhere for a hotel. The only pool families have access to is 2.3m making the majority of the pool unusable. Squashed 10 cockroaches in the room on the first night which did not impress the misso. We moved hotels after somehow surviving 3 nights. Having said all that, the breakfast was good except for having to pay for good coffee."

"We stayed at Desa Potato Head and it truly exceeded every expectation. We originally booked the Sunrise Studio, but upon arrival we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Garden Suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of our stay. What stood out most was how warm and genuine the service was. Every staff member we encountered, from the buggy driver to the pool staff to the reception team, was consistently welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Yogi, who assisted us throughout our stay and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we checked in until we checked out. His sincerity and attentiveness really made the experience feel personal. We also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Upon check-in, we were given reusable tumblers to use throughout the stay since the hotel does not use single-use plastics, and we even got to bring them home. It’s such a thoughtful and meaningful touch that reflects their values. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and were continually delighted by the small details, from complimentary jamu shots to fresh fruit and papaya or watermelon ice cream. These gestures may seem small, but they made us feel genuinely cared for and added so much warmth to the experience. Everything about the hotel—the atmosphere, design, energy, service, sustainability mindset, and people—made this stay incredibly memorable."
