"Could of used more Bula buses to get around the resort, we were on the other side of the lobby and it would take 30 mins to walk, average wait for a bus was 30 mins not 7 like they stated. Quiet dated. Probably wouldn’t stay again but we did have a good time."

"From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back"

"The Waitui Beach Club is excellent. The staff have the perfect combination of being relaxed but still professional. The food from breakfast, lunch, dinner through to the complimentary snacks was delicious. The accommodation was modern and clean, Loved this trip"

"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a...

"This is a beautiful resort. They are going through a huge renovation so not everything is available. A few of the bars are restaurants are in temporary locations and tents. The staff is very helpful, attentive and accommodating. I would recommend this place but it will be amazing when the reno is over. We were just here for a few nights transiting through. "

"Beautiful older resort every thing you need for a great relaxing holiday.The staff are the resort’s Best assets, great food great pool wonderful smiles and every one is genuine in their greeting of you. Our recent trip was only 6 days and it poured tropical rain the whole time but the staff were wonderful in keeping us entrained no matter how hard we did the midday SunDance every day but the sun came out as we headed home, but I,ll be back."

"The property was great except for the mattress on the bed, it was rock hard so sleep was hard to obtain with such a hard mattress, also only 1 fash washer for 2 people, i would prefer 2 as i dont want to share a face washer. Everything else was great, will stay again on next visit to scarborough"
