"Good "

"Always enjoy staying at the Radisson, but this is the second time that I have had to ask for the bottle of wine that Expedia rewards Silver members with. This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service."

"The concert got cancelled, so we kept our hotel room. Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, and place very clean. Our room was lovely plenty of space.my only negative was the pillows were too hard, so did nt really get a good sleep, but my partner did."

"Stayed for the night for proximity to Old Trafford. Very easy 15 min walk to/from stadium. Rooms got everything you need. Good breakfast. Plenty car parking which is free."

"The hotel is generally very good and the staff courteous and friendly. The rooms are also comfortable though could do with some attention. The base of the bed was ripped. chunks out of the wall etc. Nothing that can't be fixed but slightly dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay."

"The airport is at walking distance but the way to T3 is not very well signaled and paved, it'd take 15 to 20 minutes and there is a part where the pavement is bad. Regarding the hotel, very nice."
