We had an issue this time on the first night as the air con unit wasn’t working. When we said the following day - it couldn’t be fixed so Shannon moved us to a different room. She was very helpful and these are the kinds of things that make you go back to a hotel. "

"Perfect location for travellers as facing the central station. Althpygh part of the pub, surprisingly well.decorated, in.perfwct condition and comfortable. Shower worked well, no issues with hot water or pressure. Breakfast served with good choice. The room was at the clback of the pub, so quiet. "
